Howard Hanna Beverly-Hanks Presents:

KARMA KEG

Sip. Support. Cheer.

Turning Pints into Purpose

The idea behind Karma Keg is simple:

Make a suggested $10 donation, nominate your favorite local nonprofit (must be a 501(c)(3)), and receive a drink ticket for a delicious craft beer or non-alcoholic beverage as a thank-you for your support.

Stop by anytime after 6:00 PM. At about 7:30 PM, we'll draw one nomination card from the Karma Keg, and the nonprofit listed on that card will receive the entire evening's proceeds.

Have a favorite community nonprofit? Invite your friends, family, and supporters to attend and help increase its chances of being selected.

Our 2026 Summer Karma Keg takes place
at Appalachian Mountain Brewery!

Join us on Thursday, July 16th.

Our Summer Karma Keg is scheduled for Thursday, July 16th at Appalachian Mountain Brewery Tap Room and Kitchen in Mills River.

Five women standing outside holding a large check for $1,040 made out to Sarge's, with a dog on a leash in front of them. The women are smiling and appear happy, and the check is from Howard Hanna Beverly-Hanks Real Estate. The check has the date 5/21/26 and the memo Karma Keg.

The winner for our Spring Karma Keg was Sarge’s Animal Rescue in Waynesville.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to Karma Keg in Waynesville. We raised $1,040!

Congrats to Sharon Donoghue, who won the nonprofit drawing and nominated Sarge’s Animal Rescue.

A huge thank you to the wonderful staff at Frog Level Brewing, who hosted our spring event.

More Than a Night Out

Karma Keg brings together local breweries, local businesses, and local neighbors to support the nonprofits that make Western North Carolina stronger. Every event keeps dollars in our community and gives smaller grassroots organizations a real chance to win meaningful funding.

It’s simple. It’s fun. And it works.
